The Bedford office was formed following a merger with Warmingtons chartered surveyors in February 2015, extending the Fisher German network to 15 offices in the UK.

The Bedford team mainly focus on agricultural, rural residential and planning, development and diversification as well as rural lettings, management and property sales. A growing commercial team also offers unrivalled professional advice on all aspects relating to commercial property.

From M1

Exit the M1 at junction 13 and follow signs for the A421. After approximately 11 miles take the A603 exit towards Sandy/Bedford. At the roundabout, take the second exit marked Priory Business Park. Keep to the right and continue towards Fraser Road. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Fraser Road. Stephenson Court then comes up on the left hand side. 

From Northampton

Take the A428 east from Northampton following the signs for Bedford. After approximately 20 miles take the second exit on the roundabout continuing on the A428 towards Cambridge/Kempston.  After approximately 3 miles, at the roundabout take the second exit and merge onto the A421 slip road to A1/Cambridge/ Bedford. After 7 miles take the A603 exit towards Sandy/Bedford. At the roundabout, take the second exit marked Priory Business Park. Keep to the right and continue towards Fraser Road. At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Fraser Road. Stephenson Court then comes up on the left hand side.

.. that the BBC relocated to Bedford during the Second World War to avoid the Blitz. Everything from the BBC orchestra to the news was aired from there during the War, being instrumental in keeping up British morale. Due to this BBC connection, the Bedfordshire music and performing arts scene has had a lot of funding and success since the War and produced many talented performers.
